Heinrich Burger came to Cluny in August 2013 Heinrich is such an affectionate, loving person and earned a place in our hearts very quickly. He is a hard worker and is always willing to do whatever is asked from him. Heinrich loves watching movies on his portable video player. He is also a member of our golf team. Heinrich loves to play air guitar.
Vusi Ntuli is a Resident at Cluny since June 1998. Vusi arrived at Cluny as a young man with nowhere else to go and soon made it his home. He is a happy gentle person and loves to work in our Cookie Bakery. Vusi likes to play soccer and is also on the Cluny Golf team.
Grace Tyers joined Cluny in August 2017. Grace took a while to get use to being in a structured environment, but she has since made friends and got use to the house routine; helping with chores etc. Grace loves animals and is also on the Cluny swimming team.
Juanita Geldart came to Cluny in February 2004. Juanita is a very bubbly person and very hard working as well. It makes her happy to please others and likes doing chores in and around her house. She also enjoys doing assembly work. Juanita loves dancing and is always the life of the Cluny functions.
George Struckle is one of our newest Residents who has only arrived in August this year (2019). George is like a breath of fresh air; he has such a bubbly personality and is a very likable person. George lacks no enthusiasm and is keen to help wherever he can, and very eager to learn new things. He is a great help to the maintenance team. George will be included in some of the sport activities soon.
Linda Ndaba is a Resident at Cluny since July 1995. Linda is a real girlie type of girl and enjoys pretty things like nice dresses, jewellery, watches etc, she also loves the colour pink. Linda is a very happy person and likes doing things in and around her house and always keeps her room neat and tidy. She also enjoys our craft sessions twice a week.
Beauty Maluleke is our current trial Resident. It is her first time in a Centre and she has to get use to the routine of being in a structured environment as well as getting to know the people. She is a very neat lady and likes wearing nice dresses. She gets along well with her house mates and is eager to help where she can. We hope that she can stay on as a permanent Resident.
