It was that time of year again; the hall was beautifully decorated and Residents worked really hard to perform a very entertaining and exciting play combined with singing carols.
We were so fortunate to have had Dorran Hutchinson (one of our Residents’ brother) in the directors’ seat again. He really went the extra mile to teach the Residents the songs as well as the dance moves. Family and friends were pleasantly surprised with the results.
The theme was Christmas in New York – starting at the train station on their way to a Christmas outing. The decorations and everything else were perfect.
We were also pleasantly surprised with the attendance of the lovely Mrs Africa Glamour - Reshane Viljoen.
One of our Staff Members Caroline worked together with the Residents to present every Staff Member with a lovely unexpected Christmas gift. They were all very surprised.
The entire hall was filled with warmth, love, excitement and the Christmas spirit was evident.
The successful evening was rounded off with lovely refreshments prepared by the Cluny Staff.
Thank you Dorran, Residents and Staff involved for a lovely evening and thank you to all who made the effort to attend in spite of the rain pouring down all evening.
