What type of disability do you accommodate? We accommodate Intellectually Disabled Adults.
Where do residents stay? They stay in houses with plus minus 10 other Residents; each having their own room, sharing living areas and bathrooms.
What daily activities are there for residents? They have a different roster each week which includes; Dairy duties, Bakery duties, Central Kitchen duties, House work, Garden duties etc. as well as Craft sessions twice a week.
Who takes care of the residents? Each house has two live in Care workers taking care of them.
Is your facility suitable for physically disabled people? No, unfortunately not.
Do you participate in sport? Yes we do, and also take part in Special Olympic events.
Do you administer their medication? We do administer their medication with the assistance of a qualified Nursing Sister.
Do you take in Day Residents? Yes we do take in Day Residents (Mon to Fri, 8h00 – 16h00)
Do you supply transport for the Day Residents? No we don’t, transport for the Day Residents are the Family’s responsibility.
